I pity the poor people

In our state and in India, so many people are poor. Recently I saw a news item in which one family, in order to clear their debts, sold their kidneys. Some farmers are committing suicide. So many are dying of hunger. Some people don\'t have clothes to wear. Some don\'t have shelter. Some people cannot study due to poverty. What is the wrong going on in our country? In this computer generation too, things are really bad in our country. If we see the daily articles in the newspapers and TV news, we can find about the miserable lives of our poor people in the country. Firstly, welfare activities must be undertaken by the government towards the upliftment of the poor. Whether it is by the state or the centre, it must be done, else the poor will remain poor and the poverty of our country will be a vicious circle. Sports and technology will not develop the country or the state. The upliftment of the poor from their poverty and complete literacy will make the country a swarnabharat or the state into swarnandhrapradesh.
