If few entertainers(Cricket heroes) have ditched the nation, can be excused. But where as this Khadi rakhwalas corruption is not excusable. Don\'t you think the situation at Kargil is Bcoz of this type of Corrupt Rakhwalas

I agree. A vigilant press, in this case hats off to tehelka.com and an activist judiciary are the desiderata. If you think about it, there is such rampant corruption because there is no disincentive for being corrupt. The politicians have the judiciary in their strangle hold and seem to be able to get away with just about anything. With a strong and fiercely independent judiciary, people would not scoff at the laws with such impunity. Anybody found guilty of corruption should be put in jail for a long long time and these cases should be resolved quickly.

i don\'t think that those statements against the judiciary are right. subordination to the establishment has never been a problem of the judiciary - it was always the speed.
