Is the quality of education in India depreciating with more n more colleges demanding capitation fees???

I dont think \'Capitation fees\' has anything to do with the quality of education. This capitation fee or shall I say \'Donation\' is generally accepted by private colleges which I think are doing a service to the community IF they use that fees in improving the quality of education and NOT just their quality of living!

what exactly is this capitation fees btw.....am a graduate myself from a pretty reputed place and i have never heard of this ......and as for quality of education....i feel quality ducation itself is a myth propagated by unscrupulous colleges
