Violin romatic?? i always found it very meloncholy.. n loved it for tht..

Piano tho..is quite romantic..

thts one of the specialities of violins, they can be romantic or melancholy depending on the piece u decide to play

Hey Az, remember the Rite Of Strings tape we had? The violinist Jean-Luc Ponty was damn good.
I ran into my ex-girlfriend the other day... I backed up and ran into her again... I miss her sometimes...

i guy i know is a jazz pianist...hes only 17...fukka is friggin' fast! makes ur eyes pop out like this------> :shock:

hes good an indepth knowlege about the instrument, theory and all.

its funny coz most pianists in the city usually jam on the C major scale(play the white keys and u have yer C major scale :roll:), but this guys jams on weird scales...like E flat scale.

Yes!!! I bought the violin finally ...how r the neighbours doing?Who knows (read cares!). I am enjoying myself with the late night riyaaz sessions.Roomie bought a guitar too. So u know wat the scene is like :lol: Btw, there is one wanabe Kishore Kumar in our building wonder wat he thinks ab't my instrument (hate to admit but that guy does sing rather well!) :wink: .Anyway, wat the heck!



So ppl wish me luck with my new found treasure in life :roll:

They played at the Jubilee Hills Club about a month ago. Great performance. Those guys have incredible talent, and sound great together, considering they all usually play different styles of music. All hail Max, who brought a classical pianist, a rock guitarist and a rock drummer together to make beautiful jazz!



Will let you guys know when they're playing next 8)
