Looks like u got an out dated komputar. Throw it away and buy a new one

yenyways, here is the site http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ zimbly click on the site and download the software for windows. Plays almost all formats including .bin files which u download from torrent sites.

Looks like

1. You have a busted .DAT file.

2. If you think that file is OK.. Can you play that file on any other computer?

2a. If yes; Yes you can play file on other PC, then you probably dont have the codecs for the Media on your PC. Try to find out what codecs have been used to compress the file and download them. Then you can play it on your PC.

2b. If no, No you cant play the file on any other PC. Then the file is busted for sure!

3. You PC is fine. What version of Windows Media Player(WMP) do you have! Get the latest WMP; WMP 9. (WMP 10 is out. Its Beta I think.. Dont use that! Its not yet released.)

4. Pray to Bill Gates if you have Windows.

5. If you hate Bill G.; Try Real Player.

ADVANCED TECH PS: Real player and WMP are set up to download codecs automatically. If the codec is RARE and not registered on the codecs download site then the players cant download it. In that case you have to hunt for it and download it yourself.

Go here and download the k-lite codec pack, which has pretty much all the rare codecs you could want (and not want also)

Install and then try ..... if still doesn't play, then its probably a corrupt .DAT file

Good website.. but be carefull. They might install Adware stuff. Like DivX does with Gain. I hate it.
