I want to start a website of my own. But i doubt if a simple engineering graduate can pull it off.

what do they teach u in simple engineering? :?

On my site I'd put up reviews of movies I've seen, restaurants I've eaten in and places I've been to. I'd also like to have a discussion board...where as usual I'd like myself to be the only member.

Thats absurd! It doesnt make sense! What wud be the point of doing all that and having no members?

That would be too utopian, wouldn't it? And I see no point in starting a website with no members. A discussion board with no members? Who would yu be talking to? Your slit personalities? General Grevious sharing viwes with Sgt Awful and Lt. Lame? Thats idiotic man.

My DBs will not be about having discussions with other people. They would just have threads with my opinions on various things at various points in my life. A very organized blog maybe.

For example:

Right now I hate Shar Rukh Khan

but maybe a year from now I can post on that thread and say how a particular recent film did and how Shah Rukh was in the movie.

More organized blogging.

I want people to come and read what I have to say on various issues at various points in my life. I want them to admire my views and I'll make them come back for more.

Like I said...i'll also have my movie reviews so that'll keep people entertained.
