A family we know had 3 huge Labradors. We were leaving their place and my mom was exchanging the usual pleasantries. We had a Maruti Van then and I went and sat in , leaving the door open. The next thing I new one huge dog had made itself comfortable at my feet!! And bcoz of its size it occupied the whole breadth of the vehicle. For the next few seconds, the words got stuck in my throat...!!! One helluva petrifying experience.....no not for the dog!

cummon...Labs are among the friendliest dogs around! dont be fooled by their size, they wudn't hurt a fly...

I have a lab,its one sick bitch.Keeps on whining in the night.I couldnt sleep at all in summer. :evil:

Actually that was the problem.Couldnt find any males near J.Hills. :cry:

And my dad didnt want it to have litter coz we will have extra pets.

As for me:It would suck.

then the best thing wud be to take her to a vet for a minor surgery that would "fix" her. no more problems after that!

thats what we did to the dalmatian we had (she died in '98 :cry:

Would second CAD on the lab thing. I want to have one for a pet myself. Anyways...this was one of the funniest incidents I ever saw. My ex boss had a multiple award winning labrador called Striker. Once when we were at this guy's place for a party, there was a horde of monkeys running across his place. Striker growled at the monkeys for obvious reasons. One of them....the leader of the pack probably...came down...held striker by his ears....lifted him up on his hind legs and slapped him eight times.

Poor striker remained under the bed for 5 days after that and is scared of monkeys now.

well ths tyhing happened to me......

i and my bro. were studying on the terrace of his house....which is frequented by monkeys coz it was located in a bhaji mandi.

we were sitting on the boundry wall of the terrace when a monkey started aproaching us ....my brudda got up and walked away but i sat there ...and guess what before i cld. think any thing it came and sat rite on my head :oops:

i didnt know what to do.... :lol:

so i put my hand up towards it and it got down and ran away.
