Newcomer to Hyderabad: Accomodation tips needed

Hi,

I am planning to come to Hyderabad in the month of March. Could someone please enlighten me on the following things:

1. What is the approximate monthly rent of 1BHK and 2BHK in Begumpet area.

2. Is there any advance deposit funda in Hyderabad like that in Bangalore(u have to deposit 11 months rent as advance).

I think rent ranges from 3000 to abt 7000, depending on the kind of flat.

you will have to pay 3 months advance in hyderabad.

Yeah, I too have same problem

Been in hyd for last 2 yrs as a bachelor and :roll:

ppl still put boards "TO-LET: Family Only" :shock:

DONT QUIT BLR & COME TO HYD.

I miss the Nasa, the Pub, the Lalbagh, the Cafe Coffee Day, Majestic, MG Road, Sterling.. oh my my.......... :cry:
