Firstly, welcome to Hyderabad :) I'm sure you'll like it.



The IT industry seems to be looking up everywhere and I guess the effects can be seen in Hyderabad as well. Weatherwise it may not be very different from Delhi (I gather that you are from there, from another post of yours). Extreme winters, extreme summers..... if you know what i mean :) Language is not a problem too, as people fluently speak Hindi/Urdu and most are comfortable with English too.



In case you are single, make sure you can make your own grub. The food you get in restaurants here is not for people from other cities. To give you an idea, the names of the top restaurants here are: Southern Spice, Coastal Spice and so on :) Hope I didnt scare you too much ;)

The Climate here is no doubt in the extremes especially the summers. But the winters are not so severe. Only this year its been kinda colder....



Language..hmmm if you are from Delhi you may not take to the Hyderabadi Hindi but then its very entertaining to say the least. You could browse through some of the other boards to get a fair idea ....



And as for the food, anybody would tell you without a second thought ..Biryanis here are simply out-of-this-world.
