Junaidi family

What is the origin of the Junaidi family? As my knowledge goes, there are many kinds of families which claim JUNAIDI, but they have different origins of their being Junaidi. Is there any one who can sort out this matter with me?

I know a Junaidi family from Fathedarwaza in Hyd now in California USA. One of them is Obaid Junaidi. But I can\'t bring them to \"sort\" this out with you here at fulhyd. May be I can ask. If I do, I will be back on this board.

I know one Asif Junaidi, who lives in old city (Madannapet, if I\'m correct). Didn\'t even meet him from last one year...

My dear Fahim i know it very well that it is a family name but the question is that all Junaidies claim different origines for their being Junaidi WHY?

in shock to know that Mr junaidi, does not even know about his roots. ask someone old in the family... i started inquiring our family friends are junaidi... will be back with details soon

My dear Aleem, I don\'t think you understood my point. For your kind information, I know very well about my ROOTS. My ancesters migrated from BAGHDAD - they were soofi, belonging to Hazrar JUNAID BAGHDADI. The first man of them was Hazrat Makhdoom Junaidi. NOw coming to the point, nowadays people are claiming themselves to be JUNAIDI, but at the same time they are also claiming that they are SYYED. My dear Aleem, we know very well that Hazrar JUNAID Baghdadi was not a SYYED. How is it possible that his offspring is SYYED? Besides this, there are so many points I have to discuss. Can you take some time out for me?
