Why is it so hard to find My girl in Hydbad or Secbad

I am trying to find this girl for the past one year. Alll I know is her first name and her age.

Is there any way to find her? What should I do? I need to find her immediately... I am not there in Hyderabad right now. I will be there next year but when I come I really dont know what to do. So any ideas/suggestions folks.
