Tata Tele had a couple of month introduced the service of Reach Me (answering machine). The enquiry and other interactions with them reveal that the only cost involved is Rs.25 per month. thats well and fine. But as my local calls quantum had gone up more than expected - i made an enquiry and to my surprise i was informed that - everytime i check if there is any message in my answering machine i would be charged for that as if its a local call. Dont u think - TTS is taking its customers for a ride for having partly disclosed as well as taking them for granted.
What do u think has to be done for this kind of service ???
