Hi.We are planning to buy a flat near Nizampet and would like to know what are the renting prospects. Recently I heard that many flats in Hi tech city are empty because very few people acn afford those rents.
Our idea is to buy some property in a growing area ( budget around 50 lakhs) and sell it in 5 years and buy a new property in a nice area when we relocate there. Is nizampet a good investment .
