The decision is indeed shocking. But nothing much the courts could have done there. With the kind of witnesses that were there and the loophole filled laws, it can be called a collective failure of the judicial system, the police and the society itself.
Now that the case has been reopened, there is some hope for the victims family, but what will happen even if the accused get punished? Its more important to make changes in the law to plug the gaps that help these ba$&^^&$ get away.
People are crazy, at times are strange. I am locked-in tight, I am out of range.
I used to care, but things have changed.
