I think in india we have Freedom of speech ...but still people can get into problem..

What does freedom of speech actually mean in this country? Actress Khushboo must be asking herself this question after her comments on premarital and safe sex stirred up a hornet’s nest in Chennai. Well, the Indian Constitution guarantees freedom of speech to every citizen and citizens are free to criticise politics, politicians, bureaucracy and policies. But this doesn’t mean that we can say whatever we want about other people because words like libel, slander and defamation can ensure that you land in a lot of hot water.
Also we also we in US of A we have freedom of speech and people can say anything again Mind you there is something called Verbal abuse where the person can take one to Court for Verbal Abuses.. offcourse the cases are not many but there is a change
