Views: Grossed me out. The docs were using gardening tools :shock: big tongs, pipes, funnels and all things that are usually not associated with surgery. I dunno why any woman wants to do that to herself. But the outcome is nice. Firm, big breasts which any man would fantasize abt :P

There are other Vladimirs too...Putin, Kramnik, Lenin,Horowitz....Actually, Vladimir is the name of a province in Russia.....
