eating it once in a while is no harm. it becomes poison when ppl, esp kids get addicted to it. parents are guilty when they encourage kids to eat lotsa burgers n pizzas as "treat"malakpetmasala wrote:but i dont think junk food would be a daily food for indians even to consider it a poison. and otherwise too, i am sure they ll use vegataable oil and not animal fat to fry their chips and burgers.
n seriously, how popular are chips as a substitute for other sources of carbohydrates in our diet?

And considering the fact that these international places are expensive.Have you guys been to...whats that place...umm...I dunno,I forgot but its at prasads. Its damn expensive.Everytime I go there I get a bill of minimum Rs.300.You can treat a big batch of friends at Paradise(sp?) for that money.Just went there twice but my brothers friends and him go there every damn week. Its just money down the drain. The only item special out there might be the fries(which are too short to be called french fries),everything else we can get outside with a better taste.

I mean you can get a fillet-o-fish burger, a large drink and fries/wedges for a hundred bucks whereas a similar combo with a footlong at Subway would cost atleast 200 bucks
