We do not call this chakna, we call it boti in our Warangal. Normally coagulated goat-blood pieces are also added. This is my favorite dish, especially when mixed with boberrlu, some kind of pulses/beans. Try it as a side for liquor/toddy, you will enjoy it.





BTW: The internal organs are supposed to contain many vital minerals. One discovery program I watched showed tigers finish off the internal organs of their kill before anything else.
